Smushlingerie wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, however, if you wish to return your order you can with our satisfaction guarantee.
Smushlingerie will offer a full refund / exchange minus return postage and costs, within seven days of purchase - No questions asked! However, please note that we cannot refund / exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or the original packaging has been broken (due to hygiene reasons).
If you are returning an unwanted item, please make sure it is packaged securely. Please enclose details informing us of your details and reason for return and please state if you require an exchange or refund.
Returned goods must be sent via recordeed deliverly as we will not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Return postage and cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Recommended retail value of any free gift received in conjunction with returning will be deducted from the amount received, unless the free gift is also returned unused and in the original undamaged packaging.
Please consult size chart before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible if the wrong size has been ordered by the customer.
If returned items do not comply with the above terms and conditions they will be returned without a refund. All refunds/exchanges will be made at our discretion.

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or incorrect, please contact smushlingerie.com at enquiries@smushlingerie.com within 30 days of receival.
All returned items / products will be tested / inspected and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be functional / without fault.
Once smushlingerie.com receives your returned goods, in conjuction with the above terms and conditions, refund will be issued within 30 days.

Orders above £50 in value are delivered free of charge. Postage and packaging will be charged at £5 for orders below this amount.
