bust size: To find your bra size - measure just under your bust
ensuring that the tape measure is straight at the back and not twisted.
If the measurement is even, add 4 inches, if the measurement is odd, add 5 inches.
This determines your bust size (34, 36, 38 etc).
cup size: measure around the fullest part of your bust as described above. The difference between this measurement and your actual underbust measurement (not your bra size) determines your cup size.
If this measurement is the same as your underbust size, you are an A cup.
1" greater = B cup, 2" greater = C cup,
3" greater = D cup, 4" greater = DD cup.
For example, if you measure 29 or 30 inches under the bust, your bra size would be 34 inches. If your then measure 33 inches at the fullest part of your bust you require 34 D.
measure around your body at the natural waistline.
